The Registered Manager of the prefered care home will make arrangements to meet you and your loved one before admission, either at the care facility or in the comfort of your home. After this initial discussion, our manager will have a better understanding of you and your loved one and may begin developing a personalised care plan that is suited to their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
